1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Time Frame: You may return most items purchased from Direct Sleeping Pills within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Prescription medications.
- Perishable items, such as probiotics or temperature-sensitive products.
- Personal care items, such as skincare or hygiene products, that have been opened.
- Clearance or final sale items.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
2.2 Packaging Your Return: Securely pack the items you wish to return, including the original packaging, manuals, and any accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
2.3 Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to Direct Sleeping Pills unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3.2 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this when you initiate the return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the new item has a different price, you will either be credited or charged the difference.
3.3 Restocking Fees: Direct Sleeping Pills does not charge restocking fees for returned items, except in cases where the item is returned damaged or without the original packaging and accessories.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Cancellations

6. International Returns
For international orders, the return process and policies are the same as for domestic orders. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes, for returns from outside the United States.
